Cost depends on the document types, the number of layouts, the monthly volume and where the data needs to go. We give a fixed quote for a pilot on one document type, such as supplier invoices, and offer a monthly plan if you want us to run and improve it after launch.

A pilot on one document type usually takes a few weeks, including testing on your samples and connecting to your ERP. Adding more document types after that goes faster, because the review screen and the connections are already in place.

We design the setup so documents and extracted data stay in the region or cloud you choose. Access is limited to the people and systems that need it, and we agree retention rules with you, for example deleting the original files after a set period.
