This policy explains what personal data morfalabs.com handles, why, and what you can do about it.
The short version: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does not track you. The only personal data involved is the technical log of each request and any email you choose to send us.
Who runs this site
Morfa Labs operates morfalabs.com and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@morfalabs.com.
What the site does not do
We built the site to collect as little as possible. It:
- sets no cookies
- runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts
- loads no fonts or scripts from other companies (our fonts are hosted with the site)
- has no forms that send data anywhere
The newsletter field at the bottom of each page is not active. It sends nothing, and anything you type there stays in your browser. We will update this policy before it collects anything.
Hosting and request logs
The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Every request passes through Cloudflare, which processes it on our behalf as a data processor.
Cloudflare keeps a technical log of each request, with:
- your IP address
- your browser's user agent
- the URL you requested
- the date and time of the request
These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and they are kept for a limited period.
Messages sent to any @morfalabs.com address are received through Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a Google (Gmail) mailbox.
We use your message and your address only to reply to you and to provide our services. We keep them for as long as we need them for that.
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to see how the site performs in Google Search. It gives us aggregate data only. Nothing on this site tracks you for it.
Endpoints for AI agents and software
The site also publishes its content in machine-readable form: /api/site, the /mcp server, a .md version of each page, and llms.txt. They are public and read-only. They collect no personal data beyond the same request logs described above.
Who processes data for us
Two providers handle personal data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: hosting, request handling and logs, and email routing
- Google: the Gmail mailbox that receives our email, and Search Console
We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you (access)
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- stop using it (objection)
Send your request to info@morfalabs.com and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
