Reporting & Dashboards

Business dashboards and AI reports that managers read

We build live dashboards on your own data and add short AI-written summaries in plain language. Managers see sales, operations and finance in one place, without waiting for someone to pull a spreadsheet together.

Sound familiar?

  • Weekly reports take a day to put together and are out of date when they arrive.

  • Each department has its own numbers, so meetings start with a debate about which is right.

  • The dashboards exist, but nobody has time to work out what they mean.

What we build

  • Live dashboards

Sales, operations and finance views that refresh from your systems on a set schedule.

  • AI-written summaries

A short note in plain English or Arabic on what changed, why it matters and what to check.

  • One clean data model

Data from your ERP, CRM, accounting and spreadsheets brought together with consistent definitions.

  • Alerts

A message when a figure crosses a threshold you set, such as late deliveries or low stock.

  • Scheduled reports

Weekly and monthly reports sent by email or Teams, with no manual assembly.

Example use cases

  • Example

    Weekly operations report in logistics

On-time delivery, open orders and late suppliers in one view, with a summary sent to managers every Monday.

  • Example

    Sales dashboard for retail

Sales by branch, product and channel, updated daily, with notes on what moved and why.

  • Example

Month-end view for a finance team

Cash, receivables and spend against budget pulled from the accounting system, ready for review without spreadsheets.

  • Example

Board report for a growing company

Key figures from every department in one consistent report, with a plain-language summary for directors.

Works with

  • Odoo
  • SAP Business One
  • Zoho
  • HubSpot
  • QuickBooks
  • Google Sheets
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Power BI

And other systems with an API or a reliable export.

How it works

  1. Discover

We agree the decisions the dashboard should support and the few figures that matter for them.

  2. Build

We connect your data sources, define and clean the figures, and build the views and summaries.

  3. Launch

We check the numbers with your finance and operations leads before anyone relies on them.

  4. Improve

We add views, alerts and data sources as your questions change, and keep the definitions consistent.

Frequently asked questions

Which data sources can you connect?

Most ERP, CRM and accounting systems, including Odoo, SAP Business One, Zoho, HubSpot and QuickBooks, plus Google Sheets and Excel files. If a source has an API, a database or a reliable export, we can usually bring it in. We confirm every source during discovery, before the build starts.

Do we need Power BI or another BI tool?

No. We can build dashboards in a tool you already pay for, such as Power BI or Looker Studio, or deliver a simple web dashboard of your own. We recommend the option that fits your team, your budget and the way your managers already work, not the one with the longest feature list.

How are the AI summaries written?

The AI reads the same figures shown on the dashboard and writes a short note on what changed and what looks unusual. It only describes your data and does not invent numbers. Summaries can be in English or Arabic, and managers can always click through to the figures behind them.

How much does a dashboard project cost?

It depends on the number of data sources, how clean the data is and how many views and reports you need. We quote a fixed price per project after discovery, and offer a monthly plan for new reports, alerts and support as your questions change.

How long does it take to build a dashboard?

A first dashboard on one or two data sources is usually ready within a few weeks. Most of the time goes into agreeing definitions, such as what counts as a late order, and checking the numbers with your team. Later views reuse the same foundation and arrive faster.

Is our financial data secure?

We use read-only access wherever possible, so dashboards cannot change your source systems. Data stays in the region or cloud you choose, and access to each view is set by role, so people see only the figures they should. We document every data source and who can see it.

Tell us which report takes your team the longest. We'll start there.
